STONEVIK
STONEVIK is a natural wine created in nature by nature. A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère from our vineyard, where the best holistic, organic and biodynamic practices were used, were fermented in toasted oak barrels with the Barroir method (with oak fallen from the property) for a period equivalent to a lunar cycle. The wine is then aged in handmade amphorae made by artisans using the same clay as VIK's terroir. A total of 7 amphorae, 3 in honor of the universe and 4 in honor of the earth, aligned according to astronomical principles, in a mandala, which simulates an electromagnetic field. The amphorae are semi-buried in the highest peak of VIK Park, over 1,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by centenary oak trees, in a sector we call “La Roblería”. It is there where STONEVIK lies under the wisdom of the forest and where, in each summer solstice, nature gives us this exceptional wine. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
